More About Whitebox Collina & Co Espresso Martini

Vodka
Espresso
Coffee Liqueur

An authentic full strength espresso martini made by leading bartender Pietro Collina.

The Espresso Martini is a sophisticated modern classic cocktail that combines vodka, espresso and coffee liqueur. Created in the 1980s by London bartender Dick Bradsell, it was born when a customer (legend has it this was supermodel Naomi Campbell) requested a drink to "wake me up and then **** me up." The cocktail became an instant hit, known for its bold coffee flavour and creamy froth. Staying true to this, our espresso martini is full strength, and full flavour.

Chill well. Shake the can for at least 12 seconds to create foam, pour entire contents into a coupe glass (180-200ml glass). Garnish with 2-3 coffee beans.

Meet the Producer, Whitebox Cocktails

Whitebox Cocktails

Style: RTD Cocktails

Ready-to-drink cocktails spent years trapped between disappointing supermarket cans and bartenders quietly judging them. Whitebox arrived and improved the situation considerably.

Founded in the UK, Whitebox focuses on full-strength classic cocktails packaged in small cans without trying to reinvent the drinks themselves. Negronis, Old Fashioneds, Martinis, Margaritas and Daiquiris all appear throughout the range, built around the idea that convenience does not necessarily require lowering standards.

The cocktails remain unapologetically strong. Rather than producing watered-down approximations, Whitebox leans towards proper spirit-forward serves that feel much closer to what you would expect from a decent bar. Pocket Negroni has become particularly well known, helping establish the brand among both cocktail drinkers and people who generally claim to dislike canned drinks.

Part of the appeal is restraint. The branding is clean, the serves stay classic and the focus remains firmly on execution rather than novelty.

Cocktail culture has become increasingly complicated over the years. Whitebox occasionally makes a strong case for keeping things simple.
