A vibrant, small-batch red from 4 Kilos Vinícola in Mallorca, focused on the island’s native Callet grape. Part of the experimental “Motor” range, it’s made with a light touch, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in a mix of clay, cement or steel to preserve freshness and purity.
Bright, juicy and Mediterranean in feel, it shows wild strawberry, cherry and redcurrant with hints of herbs and a subtle mineral edge. The palate is light, fresh and supple, with soft tannins and lively acidity, finishing clean and effortlessly drinkable.
