Adobe Reserva Organic Rosé

Made by Emiliana Organic Vineyards in Chile’s Rapel Valley, this organic rosé is crafted from a blend of predominantly Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. 

It pours a pale, Provençal-style pink and offers aromas of strawberry, red cherry and subtle blackcurrant leaf, followed by a palate of juicy summer fruits, lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. 

Vinification is straightforward and modern: the grapes are organically grown, hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel tanks (with selected yeasts) for about 3 months and then cold-stabilised and filtered to preserve freshness.
