Adobe Organic Carmenere

A benchmark organic Carmenère from Chile’s Colchagua Valley, produced by Emiliana, one of the world’s leading biodynamic wineries. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity, it’s a fresh, fruit-driven take on Chile’s signature grape.

Juicy and expressive, it shows black cherry, plum and blackberry layered with classic green pepper, clove and black pepper spice. The palate is medium-bodied and smooth, with soft tannins, a touch of chocolate richness and a gently savoury, herbal finish.
