Brewed in the heart of Brussels by the legendary Brasserie Cantillon, Cantillon Gueuze is one of the defining expressions of traditional lambic beer, wild, complex, and unmistakably alive.

Made by blending young and aged lambics before bottle conditioning, it pours with a lively mousse and an inviting golden haze. The aroma is intensely expressive: sharp citrus, green apple skin, hay, cellar funk, and earthy minerality unfold layer by layer, underpinned by Cantillon’s signature rustic character.

On the palate, it’s bone dry, vibrant, and deeply refreshing. Tart lemon and crisp orchard fruit meet notes of oak, sourdough, and a subtle barnyard complexity, all carried by bright acidity and fine natural carbonation. Despite its intensity, the balance is remarkable, every sharp edge matched by depth and nuance.
