Cantillon Sang Bleu 75cl

A beautifully experimental fruit lambic from the legendary Brussels brewery Brasserie Cantillon. It’s made by blending their traditional lambic with blue honeysuckle (haskap) berries, which give the beer its vibrant blood-red hue.

On the nose and palate, Sang Bleu delivers jammy berry notes, think raspberry, blueberry and sour grape, layered with hay, oak, and the classic barnyard funk of lambic. The body is light to medium, with lively carbonation, firm acidity, and a dry finish with a hint of astringent tannin.
