Vermouth Amaro Cocchi is crafted from Giulio Cocchi’s original recipe, combining classic mugwort with layers of rhubarb, quassia wood, chiretta, and a double infusion of cinchona for a deep, balanced bitterness. The addition of Barolo Chinato to the base wine lends a subtle red hue and an extra layer of soft, complex character, true to Cocchi’s signature style.
