Released for Cocchi's 130th anniversary, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry Piemontese is a classic style from the birthplace of vermouth - Piemonte. Made with Cortese grapes and a secret blend of botanicals, including lemon peel, coriander seeds, peppermint, gentian and Artemisia, also known as absinthium. The palate offers elegant notes of fresh apple, melon and white flowers from the wine, with aromatic cardamom, wormwood, coriander, mint and lemon peel, with garden herbs lingering in the finish.

Made from local Cortese grapes and botanicals including Piedmontese mint and lemon peel. This fragrant and perfectly balanced vermouth has aromas of apple and melon. Delicious in a martini.
