This is a modern interpretation of a classic blend of three lambics, matured for one, two, and three years. It combines the brewery’s own Spierelambiek — named after a small river near the brewery — with two traditional lambics sourced from the Pajottenland region.

The result is a layered, complex beer that balances youthful brightness with the depth and character that only extended ageing can bring.
