More About Nostros Reserve Pinot Noir

Intense, deep colour. Aromas of red and black wild berries, truffle, paprika, pepper and clove. The round and silky body so characteristic of ripe Pinot Noir offers a pleasant, persistent and full experience.

Meet the Producer, Viña Indómita

Viña Indómita

Style: Winery

Chile built its international wine reputation on reliability, consistency and value. Viña Indómita helped push that image towards something a little more ambitious.

Founded in the Casablanca Valley and later expanding across several Chilean regions, the winery works with vineyards influenced by both coastal cooling and inland warmth. This gives access to a broad range of styles, from crisp whites through to richer reds.

Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay play important roles, particularly from cooler vineyard sites where citrus, tropical fruit and bright acidity remain central. Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère and Syrah bring darker fruit, spice and structure on the red side of the portfolio.

The wines tend to balance accessibility with a slightly more modern, polished style than many entry-level Chilean producers. Fruit remains front and centre, but there is usually enough freshness to stop things becoming heavy.

Chile continues producing some of the most dependable wines in the world. Viña Indómita remains one of the names helping maintain that reputation.
