Old Perth Pedro Ximénez Limited Edition is a deeply sherried blended malt Scotch whisky created by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, showcasing the richness and intensity of full maturation in Pedro Ximénez casks. Matured in a combination of PX sherry hogsheads and butts, this limited release focuses on concentrated dried fruit, decadent sweetness and warming spice. It is bottled at 56.2% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour.

Produced as the first in Old Perth’s annual limited edition series, the release was created to highlight the luxurious Pedro Ximénez grape and the dark, dessert-like character PX maturation can bring to whisky. Official notes emphasise raisins, dates, candied fruit and dark chocolate layered over a velvety texture.

Expect aromas of figs, syrup-soaked raisins and dark caramel, followed by flavours of dried cherries, malt loaf, toasted nuts and cocoa before a long warming finish with sweet spice and marmalade richness.
