Local malt from Mungoswells and aged in 25 year old Caroni Barrels for silly amounts of toffee, caramel, raisin and all the silly flavours. Probably the best beer we've brewed.
A deep, rich, ruby red barleywine. Softly sweet with indulgent fudge and caramel flavours from the Caroni rum casks. Dried fruits, brown sugar and molasses lead into a dry finish.
