Paarl Heights Shiraz is a red wine from the Paarl region in South Africa, produced by Boutinot South Africa. The grapes are sourced from Malmesbury shale soils, which are dense and clay-rich, providing good water retention and drainage, making them suitable for later-ripening varieties like Shiraz.

The wine is unoaked, allowing the fruit flavors to shine. It features a warm, spicy nose with aromas of fruit cake, ripe plum, and smoky notes. The palate is richly flavored and structured, with concentrated black fruit and spicy white pepper characters.
