Seven Crofts Gin

A Scottish craft London Dry-style gin from Highland Liquor Co. in Ullapool, inspired by the original seven croft houses that formed the early settlement of the village. It’s built as a classic gin at its core, but with a distinctly Highland twist, slightly softer fruit character and a gently spicy, aromatic edge.

On the nose it opens with rich juniper and peppery spice, alongside a noticeable note of ripe plum and soft orchard fruit, giving it more roundness than a sharply pine-forward London Dry.

The palate follows with forest fruit and a subtle woodland character, where juniper remains assertive but is balanced by coriander spice and pink pepper warmth rather than dominating bitterness.
