More About Simple Things Fermentations Belgian IPA

A big Belgian-inspired IPA from Glasgow's Simple Things Fermentations, combining Chinook, Amarillo and Talus hops with an expressive Belgian yeast strain. The result is a really interesting meeting of juicy American hop character and classic Belgian fermentation, with candied citrus, stone fruit and tropical flavours sitting alongside white pepper and spice. At 8.2%, it's technically DIPA territory, but the dry finish makes it considerably more nimble than the strength suggests.
