More About Simple Things Fermentations Rotbier

A proper German-style Rotbier from Glasgow's Simple Things Fermentations, brewed with Vienna and Cara malts alongside Tettnang and Huell Melon hops. A deep amber lager with a copper-red hue, bringing a richer malt character than your average pale lager while keeping the finish clean and balanced.
