This Imperial stout is a combo of 3 stouts aged in highland, lowland and speyside barrels for over a year.

Alongside Cocao and smoked Mexican chillies

Expect Scottish whisky flavours along with fruity & mild smokey chilli’s, Chocolate, wood and booze.

I'm pretty proud of this one as well, the chillis add a decent whack of flavour with only a touch of heat.

i used 3 different smoked chillies imported directly from mexico
