More About The Grape People Manuel Vermouth Rojo

A Basque red vermouth made in collaboration with Distilerías Acha, the oldest distillery in the Basque Country. Manuel Rojo is built around a wine base and infused with more than 30 botanicals, with wormwood, cinnamon and citrus giving it a lovely balance between sweetness, spice and bitterness. At 15% ABV, it's made for proper aperitivo drinking rather than just disappearing into a cocktail.

There's plenty going on in the glass: tangy citrus and bright red fruit sit alongside warming cinnamon, cardamom and clove, while wormwood brings a gently bitter finish. Serve it well chilled over ice with an orange twist, or use it in a Negroni or Americano.
