A beautifully polished Baden Pinot Noir from Fritz Waßmer, whose wines are known for combining the warmth of southern Germany with a more Burgundian approach. The fruit brings plenty of ripe cherry and red berry character, while careful oak ageing adds a savoury layer of spice without drowning out the fruit.

Silky and elegant, with juicy cherry, raspberry and a touch of darker fruit alongside fine tannins, gentle balsamic notes and delicate wood spice. There's a lovely creamy texture through the middle before a long, savoury finish.
