More About Burning Sky x Westwell Parcelle Rouge
A boundary-pushing collaboration between Sussex farmhouse brewery Burning Sky and Kent’s Westwell Wines, Parcelle Rouge sits somewhere between beer and natural wine. Built on a mixed-fermentation farmhouse base and refermented with red wine grapes (Pinot Noir / Pinot Meunier), it blurs the line between the two worlds.
Bright, wild and expressive, it shows red berries, raspberry and cherry layered with earthy spice, light funk and a wine-like acidity. The palate is dry, lightly sparkling and refreshingly tart, with a soft tannic grip and a juicy, vinous finish.
