RAEN Sonoma Coast (Royal St. Robert Cuvée) Pinot Noir

This cuvée draws on coastal vineyards overlooking the Pacific, where fog-cooled mornings and rocky soils give the grapes a distinct maritime energy, bright acidity and a mineral-tinged backbone. The wine is made using 100% whole-cluster, native-yeast fermentation, then aged in neutral oak and bottled without fining or filtration, a minimalist, terroir-driven approach that aims to preserve purity and site-expression.

On the nose you’ll typically find a complex mix of wild red and black berries (black cherry, raspberry, bramble), rose petals, crushed coastal moss or forest-floor, and undertones of wet rock, tea leaf and spice. On the palate it shows elegant, medium-bodied structure with fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity and a long finish, where fruit, earth, herbal and mineral notes intertwine, offering both immediate charm and cellaring potential
