Nestled just outside the boundaries of St. Emilion, this 25-hectare Grand Cru estate sits on clay-limestone soils, providing an ideal terroir for its predominantly Merlot and Cabernet Franc vines, cultivated organically to ensure purity and expression.

Unlike many Bordeaux producers, Monsieur Bouldy opts for patience over haste, offering minimal wine en primeur and waiting until he deems the wines ready to be enjoyed. This dedication to quality shines through in every bottle of Grand-Pey-Lescours, making it a benchmark for both excellence and value in the Saint-Emilion region, and indeed, Bordeaux as a whole.
