Collection: Cinsault

Cinsault is a grape variety prized for its bright fruit, gentle tannins and effortless drinkability. Originally from southern France, it thrives in warm climates and is widely grown across the Rhône Valley, Languedoc, Provence and South Africa, where it's known as Cinsaut. Often blended with Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, it also shines on its own, producing vibrant wines with aromas of raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry and subtle floral notes.

Light on its feet but never lacking in character, Cinsault is increasingly popular with growers making fresher, lower-intervention wines. Its soft texture and lively acidity make it a natural choice for serving slightly chilled, pairing beautifully with grilled vegetables, charcuterie, roast chicken and Mediterranean dishes.
